This Privacy Policy explains how Aspen Brass LLC, doing business as Aspen Global Products ("we," "us," "NeuroLift") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with getneurolift.com and our checkout. By using the site or providing information to us, you agree to this Policy.
Order and contact information you provide (name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number); payment information collected and processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers); device and usage data including pages viewed, browser/device type, and IP address, and session-replay recordings of checkout interactions used to diagnose problems and improve the experience (form-field contents are masked and card details are never captured); and, if you check the SMS consent box, your phone number, the date/time, and the exact consent language shown.
To process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, operate and improve the site, and — only where you have opted in — send you marketing and transactional text messages and emails about our own products. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

Your mobile information (your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) is never sold, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers performing functions on our behalf — payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, website/hosting, and customer support — and only as needed to provide the products and services you requested, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The mobile-information rule above applies in all cases.
