These Terms govern your use of getneurolift.com and your purchases from NeuroLift, operated by Aspen Brass LLC d/b/a Aspen Global Products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
We describe products as accurately as possible. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or appears fraudulent.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any shipping and applicable taxes. All charges are one-time. We do not enroll you in any subscription, auto-ship, or recurring billing program.
Opt-in. By checking the SMS consent box at checkout and providing your mobile number, you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from NeuroLift — including promotions, offers, cart reminders, and order, shipping, and payment notifications — at the number provided, sent from +1 (254) 268-3654. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your orders and our promotions. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at [email protected]. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation and no further marketing texts.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing (see Privacy Policy).
We offer a 60-day guarantee from the date your order ships. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within that window: (1) confirm you are within the 60-day period from the ship date; (2) email [email protected] first to request return authorization and the returns address — returns sent without authorization may not be processed; (3) include your full name, order number, and the email used to place the order. Once we receive and process your return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation.
